We are buffing damage across the board for all exotics in PVP, said the company in its State of the Game Q&A. The Pestilence is included in this list, but we want to remind everyone that Exotics are not exclusively designed to output raw power. Above all else, we want them to be fun to use. The exact stat boost for the Pestilence isn't clear, but at this point, anything is appreciated. Previously, we've suggested it as a go-to for dismantling, but the buff could force a reconsideration. It'll still be a bad pick for PvE, but it'll be interesting to see if it's viable in some situations.

The Division 2 is normalising the equipment and weapons to Gear Score 500 even if your GS is higher than that. According to the devs, GS and PVP modifiers changes along with other tweaks will first launch on the game's test server. As you may know, Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment have delayed The Division 2's raid content to May 2019 to prioritise balancing issues that have been brought up by the community since the Tidal Basin update. If you have any issues pertaining to wherever and how to use The Division 2 Phoenix Credits, you can get hold of us at our own web-page. All the changes that the devs make during the process will arrive on The Division 2's test server in two phases. The first will focus on finding bugs and other issues, while the second phase will focus more on general balance issues.

The Division 2 server maintenance has just wrapped up, and a new update has been pushed to live servers. After installing the games latest patch, top-tier users may find that high-level missions are easier to complete than before. The full patch notes arrive courtesy of an official forum post. First, it lowers NPC damage and health in difficulties above normal, and reduces damage output of Named bosses in general. More broadly, Hard difficulty is now much easier, while Challenge is slightly easier. Heroic difficulty got the lowest reduction, making it barely easier than it was. A bug that caused elite enemies to be overaggressive in Heroic has been fixed. The patch also fixes a couple of instances where players got stuck after being revived.

Two weeks ago, the Tidal Basin update was released as part of the "Invasion: Battle for D.C." post-launch content for Tom Clancy's The Division 2. The second part of that content, Title Update 3 that included the Operation Dark Hours eight-player raid, was supposed to be released next week. Unfortunately the update has now been delayed until next month.

The team is making a number of other changes to PvP besides the exotic boost, including to normalization. All weapons and equipment will be adjusted to a gear score 500, though weapon stat rolls and skill damage modifiers will be respected. For now, this is PTS only and subject to change, but it will eventually apply to Conflict, Normalized Dark Zone, and Occupied Dark Zone. The most notable change is coming to Normalisation. These will only apply in PVP content in Conflict, Normalised Dark Zone and Occupied Dark Zone.
